3. Service Delivery

  • We will endeavour to provide our services to the best of our ability and in accordance with agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
  • We cannot guarantee specific results, such as website traffic, leads, or sales. The success of any digital marketing campaign depends on various factors, including market conditions, competition, and the overall effectiveness of the strategies implemented.
  • We will communicate regularly with you regarding the progress of your campaigns and any changes or adjustments that may be necessary.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing us with all necessary information and materials to carry out our services effectively.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to us.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of any login credentials or passwords provided to you.
  • You agree to cooperate with us throughout the duration of the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Any intellectual property created by Liquid Alchemy as part of our services, such as website designs, marketing materials, and reports, shall remain our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • You grant us a limited license to use your trademarks and logos for the purposes of marketing our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Liquid Alchemy is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by you as a result of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or damage to reputation.
  • We are not liable for any changes or issues caused by third-party platforms, such as Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms, that may affect the performance of your campaigns.
  • Our liability to you is limited to the total amount of fees paid by you to Liquid Alchemy for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

  • This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
  • We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees owed to Liquid Alchemy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by sending you an email notification.
